Flexy Fit is a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and aerobics with a dash of bootcamp! It is a full body workout! This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture while toning muscles through low-impact, isometric movements with some added cardio bursts! This class will enhance your core stability and boost endurance.
All classes are finished with an essential oil infused cold compress, everyone’s favourite part of the final savasana. (East St. Paul location)
