Class Descriptions

Flexy Fit is a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and aerobics with a dash of bootcamp! It is a full body workout! This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture while toning muscles through low-impact, isometric movements with some added cardio bursts! This class will enhance your core stability and boost endurance.

All classes are finished with an essential oil infused cold compress, everyone’s favourite part of the final savasana. (East St. Paul location)

Variations & modifications are always available.
For an additional burn, BRING LIGHT WEIGHTS (2-5 lbs.)

Flexy Fit

Flexy Flow Yoga

Flexy Flow is an ACTIVE yoga class that focuses on linking asanas (postures) together. It is a flowing sequence that links breath with movement while getting the heart rate up. It is great for building strength, increasing flexibility, improving cardiovascular health, and maintaining a lean, toned, healthy body. In this class, you can expect to work on advancing your practise!

All classes are finished with an essential oil infused warm compress (East St. Paul location.)

Variations & modifications are always available. Move at your own pace.
* NOT recommended for people with limited mobility or looking for relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle vinyasa flow class focused on deep stretching. You can expect to coordinate movements with breath, flowing from pose to pose. If you are looking for a challenge, you will still find it here. If you are looking for a slower pace, you can also find it here. The intention of slow flow is to make it YOUR practise, taking modifications, variations, and progressions that are appropriate for YOU. Each class will include an SMR (self-myofascial release) component to enhance mobility and relieve muscle pain.
