BRING:
- Your OWN YOGA MAT (do not bring your favourite or an expensive mat, unless you are okay with it getting dirty!)
- Yoga attire
- Water bottle
- Insect repellent
What to expect?
🧘🏼♀️45 min beginner yoga session
🐐 15-20 min afterwards to cuddle goats and take your photos for Insta!
