This vinyasa flow-style yoga class focuses on linking breath with movement, while getting the heart rate up. Expect a workout during this class! Great for building upper body strength, increasing flexibility, cardiovascular health, and maintaining a lean, toned, healthy body. All levels welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
