Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. This class provides the core strength and flexibility of Pilates, along with balance and relaxation of yoga. The combination will provide you with long, lean muscles. For an additional burn, bring light weights! (2-5 lbs) ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Please bring a yoga mat, light weights (optional), and a water bottle.
