This class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet exercises. You can expect a rigorous work out (though modifications are available and you can move at your own pace). The exercises target the core, upper body, butt, and legs. You can expect to really work the legs as we perform the exercises that ballet dancers perform to seamlessly float across the dance floor.
*No dance experience required as there is no choreography, just the exercises that ballerinas do to achieve those beautifully chiseled legs!
Note: Please bring yoga mat, water bottle, & light weights if you’re looking for that extra burn! (1-5 lbs)
