Fall Yoga Flow with Flexy Michelle


This vinyasa flow style class focuses on linking breath with movement while getting the heart rate up and improving both strength and flexibility. ALL levels are welcome! Flexy Michelle will provide modifications and adjustments for all skill levels. She infuses her classes with her formal Ashtanga training, Modo practise, and her unique Flexy Flow. This class is great for building upper body strength, increasing flexibility, cardiovascular health, and maintaining a lean, toned, healthy body.

Note: Please bring yoga mat & water bottle
