Vinyasa Flow: is an ACTIVE yoga class that focuses on linking asanas (postures) together. It is a flowing sequence that links breath with movement while getting the heart rate up. It is great for building strength, increasing flexibility, improving cardiovascular health, and maintaining a lean, toned, healthy body.
(Any YOGA class with the words “Vinyasa” or “Flow” signifies an ACTIVE class.)
Barreless Barre: is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet with a cardio burst! This is a high intensity, full-body workout! Expect to SWEAT! The ballet component consists of exercises performed by ballerinas to strengthen and achieve those beautifully chiseled legs!
(No dance experience, no choreography, this is a workout class!)

Yogalates: best describe as YOGA & PILATES on STEROIDS! It is very similar to barre, minus the ballet component. It is a mixture of yoga & Pilates (as the name suggests) with a cardio burst! The combination will provide you with long, lean muscles.
