Class sizes have been reduced due to COVID-19 and are already booking up quickly! If you cannot attend a class that you are registered for, please email me to let me know so that I can accept a Dropin.

*Please BRING a YOGA MAT & LIGHT WEIGHTS, (1-5 lbs if you want to amp up your workout!) a water bottle, hand sanitizer is also recommended!

Michelle will NOT be lending out mats for health and safety reasons.

COVID-19 Class Updates:
It is REQUIRED that ALL participants ARRIVE WEARING A MASK. Once you come in and are appropriately social distanced from other participants, then you are WELCOME to REMOVE YOUR MASK. If you get up in the class and decrease your proximity of 6 ft from another person (that you did not come with or coincide with), you are required to put your mask on.

It is encouraged that you BRING YOUR OWN PEN to the EVERY CLASS as you will have to sign a waiver confirming your health and ability to participate. HOWEVER, clean pens will be available and sanitized. Please stay home if you are not well.

Bronx Park is committed to providing a CLEAN & SAFE environment.

*NO REFUNDS UNLESS classes are cancelled due to governmental regulations concerning COVID-19 PRIOR to the START DATE. If classes are cancelled midway through the session, you will be issued a credit for the remaining classes.

I know this is a volatile time. People are feeling apprehensive and unsure. If you have purchased a session, but have changed your mind or become ill, another option is to transfer the REMAINING SESSION to a friend and work out the financial differences on your own. You must let me know by email and provide me with their name and email address.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES are NOT TRANSFERABLE for any reason, ONLY the remaining session if you become ill or become too hesitant to attend classes due to the current pandemic.

Description

This class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet exercises. You can expect a rigorous full body work out (though modifications are always available and you can move at your own pace). The exercises target the core, upper body, butt, and legs. You can expect a killer workout (with modifications) as we perform the exercises that ballerinas do to achieve those beautifully chiseled legs!

*No dance experience required as there is no choreography.
