Barre is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Exercises target the core, upper body, glutes, and legs. The ballet component consists of exercises performed by ballerinas to strengthen and achieve those beautifully chiseled legs!
Modifications, variations, and progressions will always be available!
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
*Note* There is NO CHOREOGRAPHY and NO DANCE EXPERIENCE required. This is NOT a DANCE CLASS. It is a fitness class designed with influences from the three disciplines of yoga, Pilates, and ballet. So don’t let intimidation or preconceived notions deter you from starting!
Please bring a yoga mat, light weights (optional | 2-5 lbs), and a water bottle.
