This class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet exercises. You can expect a rigorous work out (though modifications are available and you can move at your own pace). The exercises target the core, upper body, butt, and legs. You can expect to really work the legs hard as we perform the exercises of ballet dancers do to seamlessly float across the dance floor.
*No dance experience required as there is no choreography, just the exercises that ballerinas do to achieve those chiseled legs that they can balance on seamlessly!
Note: Please bring yoga mat, water bottle, & light weights if you’re looking for that extra burn! (1-5 lbs)
